As a Specialty Section Advisory Group Member since 2019, I've witnessed our profession navigate significant challenges including eroding reimbursement, 340B program threats, and Medicare reforms, while now bracing for potential tariffs and other fast-paced changes. These ongoing challenges have reinforced my core philosophy: the power of collaborative problem-solving.

What energizes me about specialty pharmacy is our ability to transform complex challenges into innovative solutions when we work together. Throughout my SAG service, I've focused on creating spaces where health system specialty pharmacy leaders can openly share challenges, exchange solutions, and develop best practices that benefit our entire community.

I believe our greatest strength lies in the relationships we build. The connections formed through our professional community provide an invaluable support network where we can seek guidance, share insights, and collectively advocate for our patients and profession when facing industry pressures.

If elected Director at Large, I will champion this collaborative approach by:

  • Facilitating meaningful connections between members facing similar challenges
  • Ensuring diverse voices contribute to our profession's evolution
  • Promoting transparent sharing of both successes and failures
  • Advocating for policies that strengthen our ability to provide exceptional patient care

By harnessing our collective wisdom and maintaining strong professional bonds, we can navigate today's challenges while positioning ourselves to thrive amid tomorrow's uncertainties.
