ASHP (Again) Recognized as a Top Workplace by The Washington Post

I am thrilled to share that The Washington Post has again named ASHP a Top Workplace for 2025!
This recognition is especially meaningful because it’s based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey conducted by Energage. Nearly 90% of our employees participated, providing valuable insights into how they experience our culture — from feeling respected and supported to being empowered to grow and make an impact.
We are also proud to have received four Culture Excellence Awards from Energage this year, including compensation and benefits, innovation, purpose and values, and work-life flexibility.
This recognition is a testament to the exceptional staff and vibrant, purpose-driven culture we have cultivated throughout our over 80-year history. I’m deeply grateful to our employees and members for making ASHP such a special place that fosters innovation, collaboration, and service to the pharmacy profession and the patients it serves.
