The Center for Next-Generation Therapeutics Steering Committee will be responsible for identifying top initiatives and resources needed by practitioners and patients and will provide direction in the development of ASHP resources to address those needs. Additional volunteer opportunities may be offered to maximize expertise and engagement.

The center will also provide opportunities to network and share ideas with other pharmacists, health professional colleagues, and other key stakeholders. The steering committee will include clinical pharmacy specialists, medication safety leaders, investigational drug pharmacists, investigational review board members, revenue cycle and payer experts, clinical pharmacy executives, and chief pharmacy officers. Medical, nursing, and other experts will also be invited to join the committee.

Time Commitment

Appointment will be for a two-year commitment and includes one in-person meeting and at least four 90-minute conference calls per year.
