SPEAKERS
Regis Lucia, PharmD, (he/him) is a clinical pharmacist at Denver Health Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kansas. His current practice setting focuses on pediatric and women’s care at Denver’s primary safety net hospital where he also serves as a residency preceptor and mentor. His professional interests include HIV, toxicology, and pediatric care barriers. In his free time, he aspires to be an amateur cellist.
Stephen Small, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS, BCCCP, (he/him) is the Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist Specialist overseeing Denver Health Medical Center’s pediatric, neonatal, and obstetric pharmacy services. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Butler University in 2015 and completed his PGY1 residency at Denver Health. As a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Colorado, he precepts for several APPE, PGY1, and PGY2 residency programs across Denver. His clinical interests include medication safety, parenteral nutrition, and disaster preparedness.
