Gretchen RayGretchen Ray, PharmD, PhC, BCACP, CDCES is an associate professor of pharmacy practice at the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy. Her clinical practice is within a family medicine clinic where she practices as a pharmacist clinician and certified diabetes care and education specialist providing diabetes and cardiovascular risk reduction medication therapy management to high-risk patients. She is a hub team member on the UNM Endocrinology teleECHO clinic and is the residency program director for the UNM Ambulatory Care PGY2 pharmacy residency.

Joe AndersonJoe R. Anderson, Pharm.D., PhC is the associate dean for professional education and associate professor of pharmacy practice with the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy (COP). He has been employed by the COP since 1999. He is licensed as a pharmacist clinician and practices at the UNM HF Clinic. His research interests are in cardiovascular pharmacotherapy (specifically HF, primary and secondary ASCVD prevention, and atrial fibrillation) and health outcomes, particularly pertaining to advanced pharmacist practice.

Dan CobaughDaniel J. Cobaugh, Pharm.D., FAACT, DABAT  is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP.  He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University.  Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center.  He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
