ABOUT THIS PODCAST

This podcast, hosted by the Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residents’ Collaborative (PALRC) and the Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders (SPPL) will inform listeners about developing the pipeline from residents, mid-level managers, and upper-level pharmacy executives for hospital and health system pharmacy leadership by engaging two established pharmacy executives and two pharmacy administration and leadership residents. Listeners will learn perspectives on the leadership pipeline for health system pharmacy, key drivers, and thoughts on leadership considerations for the continued advancement of health system pharmacy practice.
