Nicholas Chow, PharmD, BCOP, is a residency- and fellowship-trained pharmacist at the Food and Drug Administration where he serves as a pharmacovigilance safety evaluator for oncology products. In his 10+ year career he has experience in leadership, clinical, academic, and pharmaceutical industry settings where he’s supported clinical research and drug development for oncology patients. Since earning his PharmD from the University of Florida, he has mentored and precepted students, residents, and fellows to be their best selves.
Daniel J. Cobaugh, PharmD, FAACT, DABAT, is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP. He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his BS in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center. He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
