This podcast is the second in a 4-episode miniseries exploring the careers pharmacists can have in hospital pharmacy administration. In these episodes, pharmacy students will be interviewing a variety of professionals in different pharmacy admin fields and delving into how they got where they are and the intricacies of their jobs.

Kofi AndohKofi Andoh (he/him) is the pharmacy manager for home infusion services at UC Davis Health. Andoh completed his leadership training at UW Health through the Health-System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership residency program. He is a member of the ASHP Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders Section Advisory Group on Frontline Leaders and the Vizient Business of Pharmacy Enterprise Committee. He also served on ASHP’s PALRC Leadership Committee as chair of the Student & Resident Engagement Workgroup.

Travis SchubertTravis Schubert (he/him) is a dedicated pharmacy student with aspirations in hospital administration post-graduation. He seeks to merge pharmaceutical expertise with strategic management to optimize patient care. Beyond academia, Schubert is actively engaged in research, community outreach, and leadership roles, demonstrating his commitment to advancing healthcare access and quality across multiple landscapes. With a vision for innovation and collaboration, he aspires to shape the future of healthcare delivery.
