ABOUT THIS PODCAST
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education, and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death. With local programs and events in all 50 states, AFSP’s chapters are at the forefront of suicide prevention. This podcast will highlight the impact of change, specifically major life transitions, on mental health and suicide risk, as well as how members can address these challenges to promote positive well-being.
