Tina BeckDr. Tina Beck graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, N.C., in 2011 with her Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Science in Clinical Research. After graduating, she worked at an independent pharmacy near the beaches of North Carolina for one year. She completed a two year Pharmacotherapy Residency at Feik School of Pharmacy, and joined the faculty as assistant professor in 2014. Her area of interest is internal medicine, infectious diseases, renal, and anticoagulation.

Dannielle BrownAfter graduating from Hampton University School of Pharmacy with her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2015, followed by completion of pharmacy residency training (PGY1 Pharmacy and PGY2 Internal Medicine) at The Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Dannielle Brown took her first job as a pharmacy clinical specialist in internal medicine at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2017. She remains in that role and has picked up several others during her time at Hopkins, including becoming RPD for both the PGY1/2 Pharmacotherapy and PGY2 Internal Medicine pharmacy residency programs there, as well as serving as clinical lead for the group of clinical pharmacists within the Adult Medicine, Emergency and Surgery Inpatient Pharmacy. Her clinical interest areas include infectious diseases, benign hematology, pain/palliative and addiction medicine, and nephrology, with numerous publications in those areas across both pharmacy and medical journals. She also has a passion for teaching and dissemination of knowledge which is evidenced by her over 20 presentations and posters, many of which have included residents and students she has mentored. In her free time, Dannielle enjoys traveling, reading, and trying new restaurants in the city of Baltimore, Maryland.

Christopher Betz, PharmD., BCPS, FKSHP, FASHP is a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner in Cardiology at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, an Adjunct Professor at the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He earned his PharmD at Temple University in Philadelphia and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Louisville. Dr. Betz has held multiple appointed and elected positions within the ASHP and its state affiliates in Louisiana and Kentucky, including President of the Louisiana Society of Health-System Pharmacists. He’s also served ASHP as a Delegate from both states, as Chair of the Council on Pharmacy Practice, Cardiology Networking Facilitator for the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists, and Chair of the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists. Dr. Betz has served the American College of Cardiology Kentucky Chapter as a Session Chair and as Chair of the Scientific Committee. He was a member of the NAPLEX Review Committee. Dr. Betz currently serves as a reviewer for several periodicals and as a content matter expert, and faculty member, for the ASHP Pharmacotherapy Board Certification Review and Recertification Course.

Snehal BhattSnehal H. Bhatt is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Clinical Pharmacist at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. He teaches courses in cardiology, anticoagulation, and clinical pharmacokinetics, and his practice focuses on acute care cardiovascular medicine. Dr. Bhatt has practiced for over 20 years and has maintained his Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) credentials since 2003.

As an active member of ASHP, Dr. Bhatt is a content matter expert and faculty member in ASHP’s BCPS recertification and preparatory course, a position he has held since 2015. He represented ASHP on the Joint Commission Technical Advisory Panel for National Patient Safety Goal 03.05.01, "Reducing Harm from Anticoagulant Therapy: Update to Include Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOACs)." He also served on the ASHP Council on Therapeutics for 4 years, serving as Chair in 2019. More recently, Dr. Bhatt served on the ASHP Fellow recognition committee for 3 years, completing his role as chair in 2024. He was awarded Fellow of ASHP in 2017. Dr. Bhatt is also actively involved in the American College of Cardiology (ACC). His leadership roles include serving on the Cardiovascular Team (CVT) Leadership Council, CV Team Regional Director, and the CV Team Education Committee. He previously served as the CV Team Steering Committee Chair for the Northeast Region. Locally for the Massachusetts ACC, he served on the executive committee for 3 years. He was awarded Associate of the ACC (AACC) in 2018.

Dr. Mark CinquegraniDr. Mark Cinquegrani is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist and holds American Academy of HIV Medicine Pharmacist Certification. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital and a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy residency at the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and Truman Health Services Clinic. Kalin CliffordDr. Clifford is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Division of Geriatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in Dallas, Texas. His current practice site is within the North Texas Veterans Affairs Hospital within the Community Living Center (CLC-A), a sub-acute rehab facility. Dr. Clifford also precepts students on the required Geriatric Clerkship rotation during their Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE) year. Prior to beginning his career at Texas Tech, Dr. Clifford received his degree from Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2011. Lourdes CrossDr. Lourdes Cross received her PharmD degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and completed two years of post-graduate training at the University of Louisville (UofL) Hospital, specializing in Ambulatory Care. She is currently an Associate Professor at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (SUCOPHS). She also provides clinical services at the UofL Adult Internal Medicine and Endocrinology Clinics. One of her greatest passions is educating patients, community members, and health care professionals on health, wellness, and evidence-based medicine. Her research has been accepted for oral and poster presentations at state, regional, and national meetings, including the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP), Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES), Tri-State Association of Diabetes Educators (TRADE), Kentucky Diabetes Symposium (KDN), Kentucky Pharmacists Association (KPhA), and Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists (KSHP) annual meetings. Dr. Cross was recognized as the KSHP Pharmacist of the Year in 2021, SUCOPHS Physician Assistant Program Guest Lecturer of the Year in 2020, SUCOPHS Pharmacy Teacher of the Year in 2019, and Pharmacy Times Next-Generation Pharmacist Rising Star Award Finalist in 2017.

Heather Draper, PharmD, BCPS, is a Clinical Pharmacist in Emergency Medicine at Trinity Health Grand Rapids in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University College of Pharmacy and completed residency training in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Draper's passion for documenting the impact of pharmacy services has been demonstrated through her scholarly pursuits of research evaluating the role and impact of the pharmacist in the Emergency Department and by raising awareness through educational efforts in the medical community. Lauren IgneriLauren Igneri is the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Critical Care at Cooper University Healthcare (CUH) in Camden, NJ. Lauren earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University. She went on to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania followed by a PGY2 Critical Care Specialty Residency at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with her main practice site at CUH. Following residency, Lauren was the Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at St. Mary Medical Center (SMMC) in Langhorne, Pennsylvania and served as co-chair of the Trinity Health Clinical Pharmacy Committee to develop Transforming Operations initiatives, streamlining clinical and cost-savings activities across an approximately 90-hospital health system. She was an active member of the institutional review board and served as an Advance Pharmacy Practice Experience preceptor for students from University of the Sciences, Jefferson College of Pharmacy, and Rutgers University while at SMMC. Since returning to CUH, Lauren continues to be involved in numerous multidisciplinary committees to improve the care of critically ill patients. She serves as a primary preceptor for the critical care residents’ rotation, research, and continuing education experiences. Lauren has been the primary or co-investigator on numerous research investigations throughout her career including anticoagulation, anticoagulation reversal, thrombolysis in venous thromboembolism, glycemic control, pharmacokinetics, and sedation practices in critically ill patients, among others. She has been invited to present regularly at local, regional, and national meetings. Lauren serves as a peer-reviewer for a number of pharmacy journals. Lauren is an active member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and contributes regularly within the Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology Communications Committee. In 2019, she was elected Member at Large of the Women in Critical Care KEG. Additionally, Lauren is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and American College of Clinical Pharmacy. She has served as faculty creating educational materials for ASHP’s board recertification resources since 2016.

Kazuhiko KidoDr. Kido is currently a clinical assistant professor of clinical pharmacy at West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. Prior to the current position, he was a faculty at the South Dakota State University College of Pharmacy Allied Health Professions for four years. Dr. Kido graduated from University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 2013 and completed PGY 1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY 2 cardiology pharmacy residency in University of Kentucky HealthCare. He also received his Master of Science Degree from Keio University and Bachelor of Science Degree from Kyoritsu College of Pharmacy in Japan. Dr. Kido is a cardiology clinical pharmacy specialist in the WVU outpatient heart failure clinic and on the WVU inpatient heart failure service. His practice interests are diuretic therapy optimization, anticoagulation therapy, and pulmonary arterial hypertension therapy management. His main teaching responsibilities include therapeutic lectures in cardiology and pulmonary courses and precepting fourth year pharmacy students for APPE rotations. His teaching interests include inter-professional education, and international pharmacy education, and simulation in pharmacy education. His areas of research interests include anticoagulation, heart failure, and pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Kido published multiple original research articles and review articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Kido is an active member in the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and American Society of Health- System Pharmacist. He currently serves as committee members for multiple national pharmacy associations.

Patricia Kienle is the Director of Accreditation and Medication Safety for Cardinal Health Innovative Delivery Solutions. She received her pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and a Masters in Public Administration from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is Board Certified as a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist. She completed an Executive Fellowship in Patient Safety from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and is Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She has served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and as President of the Pennsylvania Society of Hospital Pharmacists. She is a Fellow of ASHP, was named Pharmacist of the Year by PSHP, the recipient of the Distinguished Achievement Award in Hospital and Institutional Practice from the American Pharmaceutical Association Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management, the Distinguished Leadership Award from ASHP, and the ASHP John W. Webb Lecture Award. She has served on the Pharmacotherapy Specialty Council of the Board of Pharmacy Specialties, the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority, the Hospital Professional and Technical Advisory Committee of The Joint Commission, and on the Board of Governors of the National Patient Safety Foundation. She is a current member of the USP Compounding Expert Committee. Morgan KingMorgan King received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Kent State University in 2011 and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University in 2015. She went on to pursue aPGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA and subsequently completed a PGY2 Pharmacotherapy Residency at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in conjunction with Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. Following completion of her postgraduate training, Dr. Cobb served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy with the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy for a number of years while maintaining a clinical practice site managing chronic disease states in an internal medicine clinic and working with uninsured patient populations. Her passion for working with underserved communities continues in her current role as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, TX where she provides drug therapy management to local uninsured patients. In addition, she precepts students and plays an active role in local, state, and national pharmacy organizations, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP). Dr. Cobb is passionate about chronic disease management, transitions of care, health literacy, and working with underserved communities.

Nicholas OwensDr. Owens is an Clinical Associate Professor of pharmacy at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy - St. Joseph's University. His clinical practice sites are located in Cooper University Hospital’s outpatient Internal Medicine clinics. He currently helps to coordinate the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy Teaching and Learning Curriculum Program as well as a 3-year interprofessional IPPE experience centered around the student-run Cooper Rowan Clinic in Camden, NJ. Dr. Owens earned his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. Following graduation, he completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship with UPMC St. Margaret Hospital. He became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist while completing a PGY2 Family Medicine Specialty Residency at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital. Dr. Owens obtained Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy in 2018.Prior to joining the faculty at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, Dr. Owens worked as a clinical pharmacist faculty member of UPMC Shadyside Family Medicine Residency and served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. Nathan PinnerDr. Nathan Andrew Pinner is an associate clinical professor with Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy and practices as an internal medicine pharmacist. Dr. Joseph Saseen is a clinical pharmacist and academic leader specializing in cardiometabolic diseases. As Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs and Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Family Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Dr. Saseen's expertise is centered on cardiovascular risk reduction, with a particular focus on dyslipidemia, hypertension, and population health.

Dr. Saseen actively practices in primary care, providing direct patient care for cardiometabolic conditions. His contributions to the field are recognized through his past presidency of the National Lipid Association (NLA) and his fellowship in the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), American Pharmacists Association (APhA), and the American Heart Association (AHA). He is also honored as a Master of the NLA.

An influential voice in clinical guidelines, Dr. Saseen was a contributing author to the 2018 AHA/ACC/Multisociety cholesterol management guideline and is a member of the upcoming 2026 guideline writing committee. Szumita is the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services and Program Director of the postgraduate year 2 critical care pharmacy residency at Brigham and Women¹s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Paul is a fellow in the American College of Critical Care Medicine and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacy. Paul has helped develop and is responsible for managing clinical programs aimed at optimizing pharmacotherapy and improving patient outcomes. Laura Waite, PharmD, BCPS, CLS is an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (PCP), Saint Joseph’s University. She is also currently the Assistant Dean of PCP Student Affairs and Admissions, and the PCP Director of Student Recruitment and Engagement. Dr. Waite received her PharmD from the University of Texas at Austin and subsequently completed a PGY-2 residency in internal medicine at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, John Cochran VA Medical Center and Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She has been board certified in pharmacotherapy since 2004, clinical lipidology since 2008, and advanced diabetes management from 2011-2021. Prior to her current position, she had faculty appointments at Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy and the University of Florida College of Pharmacy – Apopka (Orlando) campus. Jon WietholterDr. Jon P. Wietholter, PharmD, BCPS, FCCP is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. After graduation, Dr. Wietholter completed a PGY-1 residency at Pitt County Memorial Hospital (now Vidant Health) which is affiliated with East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor at the West Virginia University (WVU) School of Pharmacy, an Adjunct Associate Professor at the WVU School of Medicine, and an Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacist at WVU-Medicine Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Dr. Wietholter is involved in many aspects of the WVU School of Pharmacy curriculum with more than 100 contact hours annually and is the co-coordinator of three School of Pharmacy courses: Health Systems Pharmacy Practice, the Neurology/Psychiatry module in the Systems Based Therapy sequence, and Travel Medicine and Global Pharmacy Practice. Additionally, Dr. Wietholter developed and coordinates an International Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in South Africa completed by 4th year WVU pharmacy students.
