- Once you complete your review of this document, please submit your nomination materials for the nominee of your choice via the online submission form. You will be asked to enter your contact information along with your nominee’s contact information, and you will have the ability to upload several documents, including a letter of recommendation and curriculum vitae. In cases where two or more individuals wish to collaborate in the nomination of the same person, those individuals should write a single letter, which they each may co-sign. The body of the letter should have no more than 2,000 words.
