Reason for the Shortage

- Amneal has difluprednate ophthalmic emulsion available.
- Dr. Reddy's refuses to provide availability information.
- Exelan has discontinued difluprednate ophthalmic emulsion.
- Leading did not provide a reason for the shortage.
- Sandoz did not provide a reason for the shortage. Durezol's NDC number was recently changed.
- Upsher Smith has difluprednate ophthalmic emulsion available.
- Viatris (Mylan) discontinued difluprednate ophthalmic emulsion in July 2026.
