    • Baxter has Recothrom on shortage due to a third-party supplier issue.
    • Pfizer has Thrombin-JMI on shortage due to a third-party supply issue. Thrombin-JMI Liquid is expected to launch in 4th quarter 2026.

Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Baxter has Recothrom 5,000 unit vials and 20,000 unit syringe spray kits in limited supply.
    • Pfizer has Thrombin-JMI 5,000 unit epistaxis kits, 5,000 unit syringe spray kits, 5,000 unit vial kits, and 20,000 unit syringe spray kits on back order and the company estimates a release date of June 2027. The 20,000 unit pump spray kit are available in limited supply. The 20,000 unit vial kits are available in limited supply with weekly releases.
