Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Epic Pharma has all leucovorin tablets on allocation.
    • Hikma has leucovorin 5 mg tablets in 50 count, 10 mg tablets in 12 count and 24 count, 15 mg tablets in 24 count, and 25 mg tablets in 25 count on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
    • Ingenus has leucovorin 5 mg tablets in 30 count, 10 mg tablets in 12 count and 24 count, 15 mg tablets in 24 count, and 25 mg tablets in 25 count on allocation. The 5 mg tablets in 100 count are on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
    • Leading has leucovorin 5 mg tablets in 30 count and 100 count, 10 mg tablets in 24 count, and 25 mg in 25 count on allocation. The 10 mg tablets in 12 count and 15 mg tablets in 24 count are on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
    • Teva has leucovorin 5 mg tablets in 30 count and 100 count bottles and 25 mg tablets in 25 count bottles on intermittent back order and the company is releasing product as it becomes available.

    • FDA is allowing temporary importation of Lederle Leucovorin (calcium folinate tablets) 5 mg tablets by Pfizer from Canada.
