Reason for the Shortage

    • Actelion has Veletri available.
    • GlaxoSmithKline discontinued Flolan in November 2025.
    • Sun Pharma did not provide a reason for the shortage.
    • Viatris did not provide a reason for the shortage.

Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Sun Pharma has epoprostenol 0.5 mg and 1.5 mg vials on back order and the company estimates a release date of mid-March 2026.
    • Viatris has epoprostenol 0.5 mg and 1.5 mg vials on back order and the company estimates a release date of late-June 2026 for the 0.5 mg vials and early- to mid-March 2026 for the 1.5 mg vials.
