ASHP COVID-19 Policy

It is the expectation of ASHP that all attendees and presenters be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending any live ASHP event. All ASHP staff in attendance will be fully vaccinated.

In addition, ASHP is in close coordination and ongoing conversations with the hotel(s) and other travel industry liaisons and are committed to compliance with all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, and local health authorities in connection with the location of the event. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) define fully vaccinated and provide other information about COVID-19 for travelers and tips for prevention on its website.

Please note that by registering for this in-person event you acknowledge and understand that you are knowingly and freely assuming all risks related to illness and infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. Further, you understand that refusal to adhere to any policy and to abide by published safety measures and precautions may result in a participant’s expulsion from the event and cancellation of their registration, without receiving a refund.
