Initial Involvement in ASHP

“I became involved with ASHP to learn from other colleagues and pharmacists. I love learning about new practices and new ways of practicing pharmacy and I found that ASHP has a lot of great resources to provide this new information!”

Advice for Someone New to Your Specialty Area

“I would advice someone new in this specialty area to be "on their toes" and say "yes" to all new opportunities presented to them. You never know where your pharmacy career will take you and by increasing your involvement, you can be led to new opportunities and advancements that you didn't even know were out there.”

Value of ASHP

“ASHP is incredibly valuable in providing opportunities to become more involved, has a wide array of resources to help practitioners in any area, and offers great meetings and sessions to always be up-to-date.”

“ASHP truly advocates for hospital pharmacy and hospital pharmacists working in many different settings.”
