Being a member of ASHP has been an essential component of my pharmacy school journey. I participated in the Guided Mentorship Program and was matched with an incredible pharmacy mentor who has supported my growth as a student pharmacist. My mentor introduced me to a nationwide network of pharmacy professionals, providing me with invaluable connections and insights. This one-on-one relationship has been a source of encouragement, motivation, and inspiration and has reaffirmed my passion for the pharmacy profession.

Attending the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting was an exceptional learning experience and eye-opening opportunity as a third-year student pharmacist. I interacted with various residency programs, fourth-year students, and residents who emphasized the importance of getting involved early and building strong professional connections. To prepare, I maximized my ASHP membership by participating in the CV Review Program and Guided Mentorship Program.
