Anna Legreid Dopp, PharmD, CPHQ is senior director, government relations at ASHP where she works on state and national policy efforts. Previously, she served as a congressional health care policy fellow, where she worked on health and social policy in the office of Senator Joe Lieberman and in roles at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics as a medication use policy analyst and at the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin as the vice president of public affairs and editor of the Journal of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin. 

 

Tom KrausTom Kraus, JD, MHS serves as the vice president of government relations for ASHP. Kraus previously served as the deputy staff director of health on the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions under Senators Edward Kennedy and Tom Harkin, where he was instrumental in the passage of key legislation, including Food and Drug Administration (FDA) drug and food safety reforms and user fee legislation, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and the Affordable Care Act. Following his time on Capitol Hill, he joined the FDA, where he served as Chief of Staff and Associate FDA Commissioner for Legislation. 

Dan CobaughDaniel J. Cobaugh, Pharm.D., FAACT, DABAT  is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP.  He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University.  Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center.  He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
