SPEAKERS
Krystle J. Raub, PharmD is a clinical staff pharmacist at Corewell Health William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, where she has served in various clinical and leadership roles since 2010. She earned her PharmD degree from Wayne State University's Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and completed her clinical training at Detroit Receiving Hospital. With experience spanning hospital and community pharmacy, Dr. Raub has contributed to clinical education as an APPE/PGY1 preceptor.
Joshua N. Raub, PharmD, BCPS, FASHP currently practices as a field medical director at Pfizer Oncology. Previously, he was a clinical specialist in internal medicine and PGY1 RPD at Detroit Receiving Hospital. He received his PharmD from Wayne State University and completed an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. His accomplishments include ASHP Best Practices award, ASHP Foundation’s New Preceptor of the Year, and Pharmacist of the Year from the Southeastern Michigan Society of Health System Pharmacists. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, books, and served on the AJHP editorial board.
Daniel J. Cobaugh, PharmD, FAACT, DABAT is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP. He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center. He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
