Tami N. Johnson, Pharm.D., BCPS is a clinical pharmacy specialist in emergency medicine at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Johnson earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed both a PGY1 and PGY2 critical care residencies at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Johnson has authored and co-authored several publications, including journal articles and book chapters.
Anne Tucker, Pharm.D., BCNSP, FASPEN is a clinical pharmacy specialist in critical care-nutrition support at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, Arkansas, where she also completed residency training. Dr. Tucker is active in the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, where she is a frequent invited presenter, author, and serves on the board of directors.
Daniel J. Cobaugh, Pharm.D., FAACT, DABAT is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP. He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center. He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
