SPEAKERS
Dor Partosh, Pharm.D., CPh, CDCE combines international experience with advanced clinical expertise. An Israeli military veteran, he completed his PGY-2 in ambulatory care at Memorial Regional Hospital in Florida and now serves as an ambulatory care specialist and utilizes a collaborative practice agreement to help manage chronic conditions. He mentors residents, publishes research, and leads population health initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and beach time with his family.
Dovena Lazaridis, Pharm.D., BCACP is the director of ambulatory & population health pharmacy programs at Memorial Healthcare System. A bold and strategic leader, she drives pharmacy innovation in value-based care, chronic disease management, and medication access. With a passion for reducing health disparities and integrating pharmacy into population health models, Dovena pioneers data-driven, cross-functional initiatives that improve outcomes and lower costs. She is a thought leader committed to transforming healthcare delivery for vulnerable populations.
Daniel J. Cobaugh, Pharm.D., FAACT, DABAT is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP. He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center. He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
