Dustin (Dusty) LinnDustin (Dusty) Linn, Pharm.D., MBA, BCPS, BCCCP is a field medical director at Philips in hospital patient monitoring and a critical care pharmacist at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University and completed two years of residency training, including a specialty residency in critical care at Saint Louis University Hospital. His practice and research interests center on neuromuscular monitoring, the reversal of neuromuscular blockade, and patient safety.

Dan CobaughDaniel J. Cobaugh, Pharm.D., FAACT, DABAT  is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP.  He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University.  Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center.  He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
