SPEAKERS
Brandon Bookstaver, Pharm.D., FCCP, FIDSA, BCIDP is a professor and director of residency and fellowship training at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. He completed PGY1 and PGY2 residencies at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Brandon serves as an ID pharmacist at Prisma Health Richland where he is the program director for an ID PGY2 residency and clinical fellowship program. He has over 175 peer-reviewed publications and is the co-founder and director of the Southeastern Research Group Endeavor (SERGE-45).
Kayla R. Stover, Pharm.D., BCIDP, BCPS, FIDSA, FCCP is the assistant dean-jackson, vice-chair and professor of pharmacy practice at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy with a practice in adult infectious diseases at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC). She serves as the PGY2 infectious diseases residency program director. She is a board-certified infectious diseases pharmacist and a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist. She has been recognized as a fellow of ACCP and the IDSA.
Daniel J. Cobaugh, Pharm.D., FAACT, DABAT is the senior vice president of professional development and publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP. He has served on the ASHP staff since 2002. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center. He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
