 Dr. Brody Maack graduated from the North Dakota State University School of Pharmacy in 2006,  and completed a PGY1 residency in 2007. He is a board certified ambulatory care  pharmacist and certified tobacco treatment specialist. Dr. Maack is an  associate professor of practice and Vice Chair in the Department of Pharmacy  Practice at NDSU, where he teaches pathophysiology and therapeutics of  cardiovascular medicine, and is the President of the North Dakota Society of  Health-System Pharmacists. His clinical practice is at Family HealthCare clinic  in Fargo, an FQHC community health center, where he sees patients for  comprehensive medication therapy management, including disease state management  and tobacco cessation, and has collaborative prescribing authority. He has done  research in the field of clinical service innovation and implementation and  tobacco cessation.

Mike is nvolved  in numerous pharmacy related boards and advisory groups. He is married, with 3 kids, and has lived in ND for his entire life. Mike truly enjoys legislative education and  advocacy efforts on behalf of the profession of pharmacy and patients it serves.

Dr Hardy ensures the public  safety by supervising licensing of pharmacists, pharmacies, pharmacy  technicians, prescription drug wholesalers and manufacturers; establishing  policies and regulations for the practice of pharmacy and works with the  seven-member Board of Pharmacy appointed by the governor. He also is  responsible for the operation of the state of North Dakota’s Prescription Drug  Monitoring Program, which facilitates controlled substance information to help  identify and inhibit diversion in an efficient and cost effective manner.
