This podcast is part of a two-part series, the first focused on pharmacists and the second on technicians. The goal is to discuss the impact of the pandemic on pharmacy staff working remotely both now and in the future.

 Tatiana Bujnoch, PharmD, MS is a PGY2 HSPAL resident with  Memorial Hermann in Houston, Texas.   Prior to residency, she completed her PharmD at Northeastern University  in Boston, MA.  Tatiana’s clinical and  administrative experiences during training have strengthened her interest in  population health and health policy.   Upon completion of residency, Tatiana will serve as the American College  of Clinical Pharmacy-American Society of Health-System Pharmacists-Virginia Commonwealth  University Congressional Healthcare Policy Fellow for 2021-2022.

 Drew Holmes is an Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical Manager at  The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City. He graduated with his  PharmD from The University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Memphis. Drew  then completed a PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL Residency at The University of Kansas Health  System and received a MS in Pharmacy Practice from The University of Kansas  School of Pharmacy. Drew helps lead clinical services in the ambulatory clinics  across the health system.

O'Neil, PharmD, MS, BCPS, is the Director of  Pharmacy at WVU Hospitals, the flagship academic site of the WVU Medicine  Health-System, and adjunct instructor at the WVU School of Pharmacy.  He is also the coordinator of the WVU  Medicine-WVU Hospitals two-year Health-System Pharmacy Administration and  Leadership Residency program. Dr. O'Neil earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree  from LECOM School of Pharmacy and his Master of Science degree with an emphasis  in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from the University of North Carolina  Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He completed a two-year Health-System Pharmacy  Administration and Leadership residency at the University of North Carolina  Hospitals.

 Dr. Molly Wascher received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree  from Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy.  Following graduation she completed the  two-year Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency program at the Johns  Hopkins Hospital. During the residency program she earned her MBA in Health  Care Management from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business. Dr.  Wascher currently works at the Johns Hopkins Home Care Group serving as a  Clinical Programs Manager for Specialty Pharmacy Services. Molly currently  serves as the President-Elect of the Maryland Society of Health-System  Pharmacists, Chair of the Vizient Pharmacy Network Ambulatory Pharmacy  Development Committee, and Vice Chair of the ASHP Strategy and Industry  Disrupters Section Advisory Group within the Section of Pharmacy Practice  Leaders.
