This podcast will be a two-part series, the first focused on pharmacists and the second on technicians. The goal is to discuss the impact of the pandemic on pharmacy staff working remotely both now and in the future.
SPEAKERS
 Nichole Foster is the Program Director of the Pharmacy  Technician Training Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in  Nashville, TN. She has 18 years of experience in many facets of pharmacy  practice. Nichole has earned her MEd, MBA, and CPhT-Adv and is the mother of  twins. In her spare time, she likes to do outdoor activities with her husband  and kids and workout at her CrossFit gym.

 Stephanie Jean received her undergraduate degree from The  University of Texas at Austin and her Pharm.D. from the University of North  Carolina (UNC) Eshelman School of Pharmacy. After pharmacy school, Stephanie  completed a PGY1/PGY2/MS Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at UNC  Medical Center and earned an MS in health-system pharmacy administration from  the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She is currently a clinical manager at UNC  Health, supervising the pharmacy benefit arm of the Medication Assistance  Program.

At Aurora St. Luke’s she  supports pharmacy clinical services, medication safety, pharmacy learner  programs, and serves as a preceptor for PGY1 and PGY2 residents. Her interests  include medication safety, employee engagement, health system integration, and  pharmacy automation.

He graduated with his PharmD from The University of Tennessee  College of Pharmacy in Memphis. Drew then completed a PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL Residency  at The University of Kansas Health System and received a MS in Pharmacy  Practice from The University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. Drew helps lead  clinical services in the ambulatory clinics across the health system.
