This mini-series will focus on how to get started in using data to drive decision-making, and highlight institutions with successful implementations. This podcast is intended to provide tips on how to begin selecting pharmacy metrics pertinent to improving workflow and outcomes for front-line staff.

 Seth Hartman, PharmD, MBA, is the Executive Director of  Pharmacy Informatics at the University of Chicago Medicine and Immediate Past  Chair of the ASHP Executive Committee for the Section of Pharmacy Informatics  and Technology.  He serves as a preceptor to students and residents,  mentor through MATTER to healthcare start-ups, and researches pharmacy  informatics topics.  He served as program chair and speaker at multiple  ASHP conferences and enjoys sharing in the knowledge of others at ASHP.

 Ryan Hannan is a pharmacy operations manager for Mayo Clinic Health  System in Southeast Minnesota. He is a front-line leader managing staff at 3  community hospitals. He completed both years of his Health System Pharmacy  Administration & Leadership residency at Advocate Aurora Health, where he  implemented a pharmacy metrics dashboard as part of the hospital pharmacy  quality management system. He has been a member of the Section Advisory Group  for Value, Quality, and Compliance since 2019.

After graduating, Dr. Grego then completed her  PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at Harris Health System  in Houston, TX while concurrently completing her MS in Pharmacy Leadership and  Administration at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She now serves  as the Pharmacy Supply Chain and 340B Manager for the University of Virginia  Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA and is a 340B Apexus Certified Expert.
