Charges:

  • Advocate for pharmacy administration and leadership (PAL) residencies via outreach to colleges of pharmacy (COPs) to promote PAL opportunities across all states.
  • Collaborate with COPs to cultivate a robust pipeline of PAL residents and foster resource sharing for all aspiring residents. 
  • Organize events, provide resources, and increase guidance for student pharmacists by leveraging access to pharmacy leaders and ASHP resources.
