Student & Leader Engagement Work Group

Charges:

• Advocate for pharmacy administration and leadership (PAL) residencies via outreach to colleges of pharmacy (COP) to promote PAL opportunities across all states.
• Collaborate with COP, with emphasis on COPs of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), institutions with a high enrollment of BIPOC students, and COPs in states that lack PAL programs, to cultivate a diverse and inclusive resident community and foster resource sharing for all aspiring PAL residents. 
• Organize events, provide resources, and increase guidance for student pharmacists by leveraging access to pharmacy leaders and ASHP resources.
