Megan Musselman, PharmD, MS, BCCCP, BCEMP, BCPS, DPLA, FASHP, FCCP
Megan Musselman, is an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency Program Director at North Kansas City Hospital. She received her PharmD from Creighton University and went on to complete her PGY1 at the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago and her PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency at the Detroit Receiving Hospital, where she served as chief resident. Musselman currently serves on the Section of Clinical Scientists and Specialists Clinical Leadership Section Advisory Group. She has previously served on the Clinical Scientists and Specialists Section Advisory Group on Emergency Medicine and as the Emergency Care Network Facilitator and a former Director-at-Large of the Section. She is also an active member of the Missouri Society of Health-System Pharmacists, currently serving on the Research and Education committee. She is also a past Treasurer and Chair of the Education and Programing Committee.

Nancy MacDonald, PharmD, BSPharm, BCPS, FASHP
Nancy C. MacDonald is the Coordinator of Transitions of Care and Emergency Preparedness at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and Adjunct Faculty at Wayne State University (WSU) Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy. She is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives for patients to safely transition from all areas of care within the health system and ensuring the pharmacy department can sustain services in emergencies. MacDonald received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Wayne State University and her PharmD from Shenandoah University. She completed the ASHP Foundation Pharmacy Leadership Academy. MacDonald has been active with ASHP and currently serves as the Vice Chair of the ASHP Section Advisory Group (SAG) on Clinical Leadership. She is a previous member of the SAG for Preceptor Development. She was a ASHP Practice Advancement Initiative 2030 advisory panel member and ASHP Statement on the Role of the Pharmacist in Emergency Preparedness 2022 Update workgroup member. She also serves as a reviewer for ASHP midyear education session proposals and the CV review program. She has been active with local and state affiliate chapters, serving as a Board member for the Southeastern Michigan Society of Health System Pharmacists, President of the Michigan Society of Health System Pharmacists (MSHP) and a MSHP alternate delegate for the ASHP House of Delegates. She was recognized as a Fellow with ASHP in 2017.

Angela M. Colella, PharmD, BCPS
Angela M. Colella is the manager of the Enterprise Drug Policy Center for Advocate Health. Her non-traditional route to this role began with an undergraduate degree in English literature from the University of Wisconsin Madison that she applied working in healthcare public relations and academic medical center marketing. Colella stepped away from the workforce to care for her two young boys for several years, then returned to school, obtaining her PharmD degree with the inaugural class at Concordia University Wisconsin. She completed a PGY1 residency at Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and stayed on with the organization in the Drug Policy Center, overseeing the medication use process for the health system through activities with the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and other multidisciplinary stakeholders. Colella’s service to ASHP includes an appointment to the Council on Pharmacy Practice as well as service as chair and vice chair of the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists Advisory Group on Emerging Sciences. She has also served as an alternate delegate to the ASHP House of Delegates, served on the Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology Advisory Group on Clinical Applications, and was a featured blogger on ASHP Connect where she shared her thoughts on pharmacy school life and often observed parallels between being a parent and a student. She has co-presented and helped organize ASHP webinars such as “Pharmaocequity for All: The Time is Now”, is an ASHP PGY1 pharmacy residency preceptor, and serves annually as a Midyear Clinical Meeting submission peer reviewer.

Andrew Mays, PharmD, MBA, BCNSP, CNSC, FASPEN
Andrew Mays, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Nutrition Support at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he serves as leader of the institution’s Adult Nutrition Support Service. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, where he assists with nutrition support education. Mays graduated from the University of Mississippi with a PharmD and then completed an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. His service to ASHP began as a member followed by chair of the New Practitioners Forum Membership and Outreach Advisory Group. Mays has also served as Nutrition Support Network Facilitator for the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists and as a member of the Council on Therapeutics. Mays has been a delegate for Mississippi to the ASHP House of Delegates since 2020 and currently is a member of the Clinical Specialists and Scientists Educational Steering Committee. Mays is also a Past-President of the Mississippi Society of Health Systems Pharmacists and served as a reviewer and presenter for the ASHP-ASPEN Nutrition Support Certificate Program.

Megan A. Corrigan, PharmD, MPH, BCPS, FASHP
Megan A. Corrigan is the Director of Pharmacy and Emergency Management at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Illinois. Corrigan received her PharmD from Midwestern University and her Masters in Public Health from Benedictine University. Corrigan completed her PGY1 residency at Rush University Medical Center and her PGY2 in Emergency Medicine at Detroit Receiving Hospital. Additionally, Corrigan was recognized as a Fellow of ASHP in 2023. Corrigan is active in the field of public health at the local level within the Department of Public Health, sitting on the Opiate Task Force, as well as serving on a federal disaster response team nationally. Corrigan has a passion for emergency preparedness and has spoken nationally on the pharmacist role in emergency preparedness. Corrigan has been active in ASHP by serving on the Council on Therapeutics, the Section Advisory Groups for Emergency Medicine and Clinical Leadership. In addition, Corrigan co-authored ASHP’s Statement on the Role of the Pharmacy Workforce in Emergency Preparedness. Corrigan is also an active member of the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists, currently serving as the Director of Professional Affairs and serves as an Illinois representative to the ASHP House of Delegates.

Denise Kelley, PharmD, BCPS, FASHP
Denise Kelley is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and an internal medicine clinical pharmacy specialist at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas. She is also the residency program director for the Ascension Seton PGY2 Internal Medicine pharmacy residency. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy followed by a PGY1 residency at UF Health Jacksonville and a PGY2 Internal Medicine Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.Kelley currently serves ASHP as Chair of the Section of Clinical Scientists and Specialists (SCSS) Meeting Planning Committee. Other ASHP involvement includes past membership on the SCSS Educational Steering Committee, ASHP Council on Education and Workforce Development, and various New Practitioners Forum advisory groups. She has served state/regional affiliates in numerous capacities, including prior service on the Board of Director for the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FSHP) and as a member of the task force to create a Transitions of Care Certificate Program for the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP). She has also served as treasurer and Education chair at the regional affiliate level. She has been recognized for her experiential teaching and contributions to pharmacy through various awards including the University of Florida New Inpatient Preceptor of the Year, FSHP New Practitioner of the Year, and was named a Fellow of ASHP in 2023.

ASHP Staff
Vicki Basalyga, PharmD, MAS, BCPS, BCPPS
Vicki Basalyga is the Director for the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists. In this role Vicki serves as an information resource and provides guidance to ASHP members regarding science and scientific developments affecting pharmacy practice in health systems. She serves as secretary to the Section executive committee and coordinates activities to accomplish the objectives established by the Section. Additionally, Vicki has assumed the position of Council Secretary for the ASHP's Council on Therapeutics. Vicki received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University and completed an ASHP accredited PGY1 at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Vicki is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Prior to her current position at ASHP, Vicki practiced as critical care pharmacist in both the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Other activities Vicki performed included drafting policies and procedures, co-chairing the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, creating and drafting order sets for CPOE conversion and precepting residents and students.
