The call for Educational Sessions, Student Programming and Management Case Studies is now open through February 1, 2026. The proposal submission site can be accessed at the 2026 Midyear Meeting Submission Portal. If you submit a proposal, submission status letters will be emailed in mid to late April.
*New for 2026: Management Case Study Proposals are now included in the Midyear general call for proposal submissions. Please note that all Management Case Study Proposals must be submitted by February 1; there will not be a separate call for this session type.

ASHP looks for proposals that incorporate the ASHP’s Practice Advancement Initiative 2030 which includes 59 recommendations to promote optimal, safe, effective medication use; expand pharmacist and technician roles; and implement the latest technologies. Proposals for student programming at the Midyear Clinical Meeting are also be accepted.
